3. Personal information Users agree to provide their personal information (including but not limited to name, surname, and related information) for registration purpose. In case of changing any personal information, Users must inform such changing to Asphere immediately. If any information is not correct, Asphere reserves the right to terminate the Users' account member from all Asphere's services immediately without any right of claim from such User. To protect User's right; Asphere shall provide Privacy Policy in the website. Users must read and understand the Privacy Policy to protect their right. Asphere may use User's personal information for evaluation and record of business. Users agree to transfer all registered information to Asphere.

4. Amendment Asphere reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions to suit with the regulation and policy from time to time. Any amendment shall be posted in the official website: www.playpark.com.

5. User's right User reserves the right to use the PlayMall service as specified below. Asphere reserves the right to terminate any User who breaches any clause under this Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the User.

5.1 User has the right to enter into and use the website [www.playpark.com].

5.2 User can use PlayMall for personal use only. To infringe any right and/or Intellectual Property right in this website and/or program without permission from Licensor is prohibited.

5.3 User agrees and understands that "Point" specified in PlayMall website and/or program cannot be redeemed.

5.4 User agrees and understands that if the User's PlayMall account has not been used by User for 365 days, Asphere, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to confiscate the Point from such User's account or terminate the account.

5.5 User must not reverse engineering PlayMall website and/or program.

5.6 User can use PlayMall only from the channel provided by Asphere. However, the following actions are illegal and prohibited.

5.6.1 To attack PlayMall website or break any channel connecting to PlayMall server, and

5.6.2 To disturb, threaten, follow, block, or trouble other User(s) on the PlayMall website including but not limited to cheating or take advantage to other User(s) and/or Asphere in any way.

5.7 User agrees and confirms that User shall not delete, destroy, and cover up all trade mark, trade name, copyright mark, and other mark of the Licensor and/or Asphere.

5.8 User agrees on all Terms and Conditions of use PlayMall provided by Asphere and/or amendment in the future from time to time.

5.9 User agrees and understands the terms and Conditions of PlayMall. User agrees that Asphere reserves the right to terminate User's account with its sole discretion and not to claim any loss against Asphere.

5.10 Users agree and understand that "Point" in PlayMall website and/or program is the property right of Asphere since Users transfer money into PlayMall to purchase Point. Point shall use for trading with item or in game service. Users agree not to use Point for business or other purposes except the purpose specified in this clause. In case of missing Point, Users shall report to police office and provide police request document to Asphere, thereafter, Asphere will investigate and report back to such police officer. If Users reports false information intentionally to the police officer, Asphere reserves the right to take legal action against such User.

6. Confidentiality User agrees and accepts that all information and techniques, which User obtains from using PlayMall are confidential. Disclosing such information and techniques are prohibited.

7. ID Account and Password User shall receive "Account ID" and "Password" after finishing registration on PlayMall website, which only "Password" can be changed. To contact with Asphere's call center, only account ID needed for identifying User. Call center shall not ask for User's password. Users shall keep their Account ID and password as the confidential information by themselves. Users agree not to provide their account ID and password to other. In case of negligent by User, Asphere reserves the right not to indemnify any loss of account ID, password, and point to such User.

8. Responsibility

8.1 Asphere shall use the best afford to provide proper PlayMall service to User. Users understand that there is risk for the Service and Users agree to bear such risk by themselves. Users agree not to claim, sue, and/or take legal action against Asphere. Asphere reserves the right, by its own discretion, considering indemnifies Users for their loss.

8.2 Point shall be used only for Asphere's service such as PlayMall, Online Game. Asphere shall not be responsible to User if User uses Point for other purpose.

8.3 Asphere shall not be responsible for any damage occurred by Force Majeure.

8.4 Users acknowledge that Point in PlayMall cannot be transferred to other User. Any loss or damage arising from trying to transfer "Point" is not Asphere's responsibility.

8.5 In case of loss or damage arising from using PlayMall service, Asphere reserves the right to consider whether indemnifying to Users or not.

9. Obligation and Responsibility

9.1 User must accept the Terms and Conditions before using PlayMall. If User does not accept this Terms and Conditions, User agrees not to use the PlayMall and/or any Asphere's service provided in the website or program. Users under 18 years old or not reach one's legal age must obtain permission from their parent or guardian when registering into PlayMall or any website/program under Asphere's services. The parent and/or guardian must read and accept the Terms and Conditions and take full responsibility together with their minor.

9.2 Users agree to comply with related Thai's laws, international internet law and/or any related country's laws.

9.3 Asphere reserves the right to terminate any User's account if Asphere, in its sole discretion, consider that such User does not comply with this terms and Conditions.

10. Termination Asphere reserves the right to terminate any User's account if Asphere, in its sole discretion, consider that such User does not comply with this terms and Conditions without prior notice to the User.

11. Amendment Asphere reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

12. Ceasing of Service In any reason that Asphere cannot provide PlayMall service, Asphere reserves the right to cease PlayMall service. Asphere shall inform Users by posting notice and the ended date on the website before ceasing the PlayMall. Users shall have no right to claim any loss to Asphere for the ceasing PlayMall service.
